At ESIM Store, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible virtual shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may want to cancel your purchase or request a refund. We have a hassle-free refund and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your virtual purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your ESIM must not have been activated or used. We will process your refund request within 5 business days of receiving your request.

As an ESIM is a virtual product, there is no physical return required. If you have activated or used your ESIM and are experiencing technical issues, please contact our customer service team at support@esimstore.com.au for assistance. We may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue.

Please note that certain virtual items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

• Activated or used ESIMs
• Downloadable software that has been activated or used

To request a refund for an unactivated ESIM, please contact our customer service team at support@esimstore.com.au. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund request. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.

All content and materials on the ESIM Store website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of ESIM Store or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
