- What is an ESIM? An ESIM (Embedded Subscriber Identity Module) is a digital SIM card that is built into your smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch. It allows you to switch between mobile plans and carriers without needing to physically change a SIM card. ESIMs provide greater flexibility, convenience, and a more seamless experience when traveling or changing mobile plans.
- Is my device compatible with ESIM? ESIM technology is supported by a growing number of smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. Some popular ESIM-compatible devices include the iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Apple Watch Series 3 and later. To check if your device supports ESIM, consult your device’s user manual or the manufacturer’s website.
- How do I activate my ESIM? Once you have purchased an ESIM plan from our website, you will receive a QR code and instructions on how to activate your ESIM. Simply scan the QR code using your device’s camera, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the activation process.
- Can I use my ESIM alongside a physical SIM card? Yes, many ESIM-compatible devices also support Dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use both a physical SIM card and an ESIM simultaneously. This can be useful for maintaining separate personal and work numbers, or for using a local data plan while traveling without losing access to your home network.
- How do I top-up or renew my ESIM plan? To top-up or renew your ESIM plan, simply visit our website and select the desired plan. Follow the checkout process, and upon successful payment, you will receive a new QR code to update your ESIM with the new plan.
- What if I run out of data before my plan expires? If you exhaust your data allowance before the end of your plan’s validity period, you can either purchase a new ESIM plan or wait until the plan expires to renew it.
- Can I use my ESIM plan in multiple countries? We offer a variety of ESIM plans catering to different regions and countries. Some plans are designed for a single country, while others offer coverage across multiple countries or regions. Be sure to choose the plan that best suits your travel needs.
