How to Request Account and Data Deletion

1. Fill out the form below and press send and ensure you include your Name and email address as we will match your details with our systems to ensure we are deleting the correct account.

2. Send an Email

• Email us at: hello@esimstore.com.au
• Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
• Include the following:

1. Your full name
2. The email address linked to your ESIMStore account
3. A brief statement that you want all your data deleted

 What Happens Next?

• Confirmation: We will respond within 48 hours to confirm that we’ve received your request.
• Verification: We may need to verify that you’re the owner of the account before deleting any information.
• Data Removal: Once verified, we will permanently delete your personal data from our records within 7 days (unless otherwise required by law or regulatory obligations).
• Final Notice: We’ll send you a final confirmation email once the deletion is completed.

   

Important Notes

• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and you will no longer have access to any previously registered account details.
• Some information may be retained if required by law (e.g., anti-fraud, security, or accounting regulations), but it will not be used for any other purpose.
